3. Return & Refund Policy
3.1. No Returns & No Refunds
Due to the oral nature of the ISO Metrik Device, returns and refunds are not accepted.
3.2. Defective Product Replacement
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please email support@isometrik.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos/videos showing the defect
If verified, a free replacement will be sent.
3.3. Order Cancellations
- Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
- If changes are needed, contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
4. Shipping Policy
4.1. Shipping Timeframe
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Standard shipping takes 5-10 business days.

4.3. Lost or Delayed Packages
ISO Metrik Solutions, Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once handed to the carrier.

If you cancel before completing your subscription term, you will be charged for:

5.3. No Refunds

We provide a 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturer defects only.
6.2. What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage due to misuse or modifications
To file a warranty claim, email support@isometrik.com with proof of purchase and product images.
7. Intellectual Property Policy

All content, designs, trademarks, and patents related to ISO Metrik Solutions; Inc. are owned exclusively by the company.
